Este trabajo representa s\u00f3lo la primera entrega de otros que vendr\u00e1n posteriormente y que esperamos contribuyan a fortalecer el conocimiento de la realidad que enfrenta nuestra poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable y a mejorar la eficacia de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que se dirigen a
