Para estos efectos, se examinar\u00e1n las trayectorias observadas durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os por dos \u00edndices sectoriales. El primero de ellos es el \u00cdndice de Costo de Edificaci\u00f3n en Altura (ICE Altura) elaborado por la C\u00e1mara Chilena de la Construcci\u00f3n (CChC). Este indicador, cuya serie en el tiempo se remonta hasta el a\u00f1o 2011, reemplaza al antiguo \u00cdndice de Costo de Edificaci\u00f3n Tipo Medio (ICE), el cual era el inflactor usado tradicionalmente por la Divisi\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n Social de Inversiones del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y Familia para homogeneizar la moneda de las series de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica regionalizada elaboradas por dicha instituci\u00f3n. El segundo \u00edndice examinado es el \u00cdndice de Materiales e Insumos de Construcci\u00f3n (IPMIC), elaborado por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas (INE), cuya versi\u00f3n actualizada
